Early Morning makes the beginning of a day, and if mornings are fresh and good, the entire day follows the same energy. If you are looking to be active and energetic throughout the day, it is highly essential that you start your early morning on a good note. You will often find successful personalities looking happier, fresh, stress-free, that’s only because they follow a strict morning routine. It helps them keep focused on their goals instead of engaging their mind on social issues.

So, if you aim to be like them, practice these early morning rituals regularly. You will definitely notice your life transforming in a positive direction.

1. Wake up in the early morning

Successful people have a regular routine of visualizing the early morning and feeling its freshness. They generally wake up between 4.30 to 5 a.m. It is very difficult for a late morning person to wake up that early. Hence keep adjusting every day by shifting your waking up time 15 minutes earlier than the previous day timing. In this way in a short time span, you can easily get habituated of waking up between 4.30 to 5.30 a.m. This will help you to keep your mind fresh and give you ample opportunity to spend some time with yourself and the beautiful nature.

2. Don’t keep morning for planning and decision making

According to successful people life routine, if you spend too much time in the early morning planning out the tasks for the day, your brain gets tired easily. As a result, your productivity level decreases for the rest of the day and you feel sort of laziness. So it is advisable that you plan out your next day tasks in the previous day evening itself to start the morning on a fresh note. Prepare a to-do list in the previous day and keep check marking things from next day morning as you go on completing them.

3. Maintain a Morning routine

Make a complete routine for the activities you will do in the early morning. You need to utilize it in the best way and hence planning things beforehand will help you in the process.

·       The best way to start the early morning is with a glass of water.

·       Next, you can go for a walk with your husband/wife and spend some quality time.

·       If you are single you can go for jogging, a casual stroll in the greeneries or even practice Yoga or meditation.

·       Grab a cup of coffee and take the shower

·       Next, you can read newspapers, journals or even pen-down the things you want to accomplish for the day.

·       Make a note to look at the calendar to track your everyday progress. Make special dates and plan accordingly.

Instead of checking your emails or social networking sites, opt for the above-mentioned activities to spend some time with yourself or with your better half.

4. Early Morning Workout

This is purely for your physical fitness. Early mornings are a big no to a gym if you are not a morning person. In that case, you can do 10 minutes cardio, aerobics, take a stroll in the nearby park or spend some time on the treadmill if you have it. This increases the blood circulation in your body and keeps you active throughout the day. You can also consider it as a tip to stay healthy.

5. Manage your tasks

Sometimes we often feel like leaving the harder tasks for the end because it will consume time. It is a sign of laziness because at the end of the day it needs to be accomplished. So, make a point to organize whether you want to start the morning finishing the smaller task and then opting for the harder one or completing the harder one first so that you can quickly finish off the rest. Proper management of task execution is essential for a smooth workflow in a day.
